By using a combination of selected psychometric test material, such as interest questionnaires, personality, aptitude as well as values scales, one empowers the youth to know who they are better - equipped with this self-knowledge, which is the most important part of making a good career choice. They will come to know their strength and by doing so, automatically be more confident to choose a study field as well as a career path. I assist with subject choice assessments also for grade 9 learners.
