Making decisions about what subjects to take in grade 10 tot 12 and which career paths to follow can be difficult. When students are asked to choose their subjects in grade 9, they often don't know what subjects are necessary in order to pursue a specific career. A subject choice assessment assists by helping them identify what skills they have, where their aptitude, interests and values lie. A typical subject choice assessment can take up to 4 hours and includes an in depth information gathering (psychometric questionnaires) session and a feedback session. It is important that a student's dreams are aligned with their abilities in order to have a greater chance of succeeding.
